Is there any parking available?
Parking is available on site.
Can you reach Tyndrum Lodges by public transport?
Tyndrum Lodges can be reached by train from Glasgow, Oban or Fort William; bus services operate from the same towns, passing through the village.
Is the accommodation closed at any point throughout the year?
The accommodation will be closed during certain weeks of the winter, please contact us for details.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 3.30-7.30pm. Check out is 10am.
If you anticipate arriving after 7.30pm, please contact us ahead of arrival to get check in details.
Is the accommodation pet friendly?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets in the rooms.
Is the accommodation child friendly?
The accommodation is child friendly, although we would advise you to bring infant bedding and seating if required.
Is WIFI available within the accommodation? And is there any additional cost for WiFi?
Wifi is available, at no additional cost.
What is the cancellation policy?

What should we do if there is an emergency on site at the accommodation during the night?
There is a phone number to contact the staff member on site in case of an emergency during the night. It is located in the welcome package in your room.

Is there somewhere to purchase groceries and/or toiletries nearby?
Brodies shop sells a wide range of groceries and toiletries, as well as providing a post office. It is a short walk through the village.

The nearest Doctor’s surgery is either in Dalmally 01838 200204, or Killin 01567 820213. Out of hours NHS 24 should be contacted on 111.
Where is the nearest hospital?
The nearest hospital is in Oban – Lorn & Islands General Hospital.
