Terms & Conditions

Full payment by credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation at Tyndrum Lodges. Please note that full pre-payment is taken at the time of booking to guarantee your accommodation. Cancellation within 4 days prior to arrival is non refundable.Cancellations greater that 4 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, minus a £10 per room administration cost.

If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be offered.

If you book through a third party and you wish to cancel, you must do this through the agent that you originally booked. We regret that we cannot refund any third party bookings unless this has been done and confirmation has been sent by the agent.

Check out is 10.00am daily. Early check in and late check out may incur a surcharge.

We do not accept American Express for online or telephone bookings.

If card payment is declined, we will contact you for alternative details. If new details aren’t provided within 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled.

The card used to book may be charged should any damages be discovered upon departure.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the accommodation. If upon departure there is evidence that smoking has occurred in the room, the credit card used for booking will be charged for two additional nights to cover costs for cleaning and loss of revenue whilst the room is being aired.
